STRENGTH and MOVEMENT that makes sense for your body and brain.

Hampstead Garden Suburb-based coaching studio built around how people actually move and learn.

TrainRite was born from a simple insight: many people work hard in the gym but don’t necessarily move more confidently, feel stronger, or enjoy daily life more fully.

We take a different approach - one that begins by understanding you:
your movement patterns, your history, and how your nervous system communicates with your body - before layering strength, conditioning, and skill on top.

If training has ever left you sore, stuck, or unsure, our method focuses on precision, understanding, and safety rather than exhaustion.

Through targeted brain-body education, we help your system communicate more clearly, reduce friction in movement, and improve how your body responds. It’s not just about building stronger muscles, it’s about building a body that works for you, with confidence, control, and independence.

Through careful assessment, guided movement, and steady progression, we help you:

  • Move with better balance, coordination, and everyday strength

  • Reduce pain, build confidence, and lower the risk of injury

  • Feel more stable, capable, and independent in daily life

  • Build long-term resilience so you can keep doing the things that matter to you

At TrainRite, every session starts with understanding you — your history, your goals, and how your body responds. Whether you’re returning after injury, looking to move more freely, or building strength to support daily life, your needs guide the work we do together.

We take time to explain how your body and brain work together, so training never feels random or forced. Each movement has a purpose, feels safe, and helps you build trust in your body — not just strength.

Our aim isn’t short-term results, but lasting capability: the confidence, knowledge, and structure to move well today and stay strong for the years ahead.

We listen first.

Training begins with understanding, not intensity.

At TrainRite, progress doesn’t come from pushing your body harder.
It comes from helping it work more intelligently.

Many people experience pain, stiffness, or loss of confidence not because they lack strength, but because their brain and body aren’t communicating clearly. When those signals are unclear, movement can feel hesitant, unstable, or effortful, no matter how ‘fit’ you are.

CLARITY CREATES CONFIDENCE.

When brain and body reconnect, movement improves naturally.

Our approach focuses on restoring clarity in the system. By carefully observing how you move, understanding your history, and retraining key movement patterns, we help your body feel more stable, coordinated, and responsive.

That’s why progress can sometimes feel sudden.
Once the system is clearer, your body often has what it needs to move better already.

Strength FOR real life.

Our focus is control, balance, and resilience, not performance for performance’s sake.

We don’t force change through exhaustion or pressure.

We create the conditions for confidence, control, and lasting strength so you can move through daily life with ease, trust, and independence.

OUR MOVEMENT COACHES

Every TrainRite coach works from the same foundation: listening first, training second.

Our trainers take time to understand your history, your goals, and how your body responds — not just what you want to achieve, but what you need to feel confident and capable again. Each coach brings their own expertise, but all share a commitment to personalised training that builds strength, autonomy, and long-term trust in your body.

Emmanuel - TrainRite founder + lead coach

FOUNDER & LEAD COACH | Movement & neuro-performance specialist

With a background in science and advanced training in neurocentric performance, I specialise in helping clients resolve pain, restore mobility, and enhance performance through intelligent, individualised programming. My approach integrates structured strength training with nervous system-informed movement strategies to address the root causes of restriction, inefficiency, and plateaus — not just the symptoms.

Rather than simply pushing harder, I focus on training smarter. Every programme is systematic, data-led, and tailored to the individual’s needs, lifestyle, and physical capacity.

I work with a broad range of clients, from those in pain to those chasing high performance, but the common thread is precision, progression, and measurable change.

I specialise in:

  • Pain reduction and movement restoration

  • Mobility and postural alignment

  • Injury-aware strength training

  • Neurocentric performance enhancement

  • Rehabilitation and return-to-performance

  • Body composition optimisation

I work especially well with clients who:

  • Are training hard but not progressing

  • Feel limited by persistent pain or stiffness

  • Are returning from injury

  • Want a more intelligent, science-based approach

  • Need structured coaching that adapts to high-stress lifestyles

My coaching mindset:
“Anyone can train hard. The athletes — and individuals — who train smart see the greatest long-term success.”

I believe every problem is ultimately a movement problem. By improving movement fluency and reducing nervous system threat, we unlock strength, resilience, and sustainable performance for life.

I’m a highly driven personal trainer with a background in competitive boxing and strength training. My coaching style blends discipline with encouragement, helping clients build both physical strength and mental resilience.

I believe there is no single ‘right’ way to train - only the approach that suits you. Every session is tailored to the individual’s abilities, lifestyle, and goals, whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, losing body fat, or simply releasing stress and regaining confidence.

I listen carefully to what clients need on the day and adapt sessions accordingly, creating a training environment that feels purposeful, motivating, and personal.

I specialise in:

  • Boxing and boxercise

  • Strength & conditioning

  • Weight loss and toning

  • HIIT-style training (appropriately scaled)

Clients value my energy, consistency, and belief in their potential. My goal is not just to push people harder, but to help them develop resilience, confidence, and a sense of control over their training and wellbeing.

My coaching mindset:
“There’s always a way forward — we just find the one that works for you.”

PERSONAL TRAINER | Strength, body transformation & women’s health

My journey into fitness began with my own transformation, which developed into a professional commitment to evidence-based, sustainable coaching. I combine formal qualifications in strength training, nutrition, and behaviour change with lived experience to help clients build muscle, improve body composition, and develop long-term confidence in their training.

My coaching style is structured yet adaptable. I prioritise quality movement, progressive strength development, and consistency over extremes. Sessions are designed to challenge appropriately while fitting around real lives, responsibilities, and changing energy levels.

I work with clients across all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. I create an environment that is supportive, focused, and purposeful - where progress feels achievable and grounded in good practice.

I specialise in:

  • Strength training

  • Body recomposition (fat loss & muscle building)

  • Women’s health training:

    • Pre-natal

    • Post-natal

    • Peri-menopause and beyond

  • Sustainable nutrition & habit integration

Clients value my calm encouragement, clarity, and attention to detail. I focus on building competence first - confidence follows.

My coaching mindset:
“It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon — it’s not about how fast, but how well.”
Quality, consistency, and good movement always come before speed or shortcuts.

ESTHER

Joan - TrainRite personal trainer

PERSONAL TRAINER | Functional strength, confidence & life-long resilience

I have over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, working with clients across all life stages — from postnatal recovery to menopause, from rehabilitation to healthy ageing.

My approach has been shaped not just by a lifelong background in sport, but by lived experience. Having trained for aesthetics earlier in my career — and later navigating a chronic autoimmune condition and recovery from a serious accident — I now prioritise health, function, and resilience over appearance.

I specialise in helping people feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in everyday life, with a particular focus on core strength, posture, balance, and functional movement.

I work especially well with:

  • Women over 40 and during menopause

  • Postnatal clients

  • Seniors (70+)

  • Clients managing autoimmune conditions, cancer recovery, or long-term injuries

  • Beginners who want to build confidence safely

My sessions are creative, engaging, and supportive. Clients often say they feel stronger, move better, and start applying what they learn outside the gym — hearing my calm reminders about posture, movement, and patience in daily life.

My coaching mindset:
“Health over aesthetics. Strength over being skinny. Small steps, taken consistently, change everything.”
