TRAINRITE FITNESS LIMITED

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by TRAINRITE FITNESS LIMITED (“TrainRite”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking or attending sessions, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide:

  • 1:1 personal training

  • Group training sessions

  • Online coaching services

All services are delivered within the UK.

3. Health & Medical Responsibility

Clients must:

  • Complete required health questionnaires honestly

  • Inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health

  • Seek medical advice before beginning training where appropriate

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation in physical training carries inherent risk. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. Under 18s

Clients under 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent before participation.

5. Payments

Sessions may be purchased:

  • Individually (pay-per-session), or

  • As block packages

Payments are currently made via bank transfer. We may introduce additional payment methods (e.g. Stripe) in future.

Full payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation notice period: we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any session cancellation or re-scheduling.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full

    • In cases of genuine of genuine emergency, or sudden illness, discretion may be applied.

    • This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows session spaces to be offered to others where possible.

  • Block package expiry policy: to maintain consistency and momentum in your results, all training packages have an expiry period: 4-session and 8-session packages - valid for 2 months from purchase date. 12-session packages - valid for 4 months from purchase date. 20-session packages - valid for 6 months from purchase date

    • Sessions not used within the validity period will expire unless prior written agreement has been made due to exceptional circumstances.

    • Consistency is key to achieving results - these timelines are designed to support your progress

  • Refund policy: All training packages are non-refundable once purchased. If exceptional circumstances arise (e.g. a medical condition preenting continuation), TrainRite fitness may offer:

    • A temporary pause on the package

    • A transfer of remaining sessions to an agreed timeframe

    • A credit note at management discretion

    • Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges.

7. Liability

We take reasonable steps to deliver services safely and professionally.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for injury resulting from undisclosed medical conditions

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Insurance

TrainRite maintains active and valid:

  • Public Liability insurance

  • Professional indemnity insurance

All services are delivered in accordance with industry standards, qualifications, and duty-of-care obligations to ensure a safe and professional training environment.

9. Photography & Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes.

We will only use identifiable images with prior consent.

10. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service where behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify schedules, trainers, or services where reasonably necessary.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
